Herbert Duncan Bains R.I.P.- (1934-2010)

 

The Partners of Vivash Hunt are sad to announce the death of its former senior partner, Duncan Bains, who passed away peacefully following a short illness on 27th August 2010.

 

Duncan served his Articles with our firm under its former name of Vivash Robinson & Co and following National Service and qualification was invited to stay at this firm where he remained throughout his entire working life rising to the position of Senior Partner. He retired in the spring of 2001.

 

Following his retirement Duncan retained a keen interest in the firm and continued to keep in close contact with the partners and staff giving advice and assistance whenever requested.

 

He will be sadly missed by all his ex-colleagues and many of this firm’s clients.
