Maria
Belcher (Conveyancing Manager)
I joined the firm in 1980.
I was formerly with the GLC Legal Department and the
National Freight Corporation. I deal with all
aspects of Residential Conveyancing both freehold and
leasehold and also have considerable experience in
Estate Development Conveyancing. Over my years
here I have acquired a good knowledge of what is
happening in the local residential market place and have
built up a long- standing base of established clients of
the firm and also have close ties with many local estate
agencies. I am married and love working and relaxing in
my garden putting to good use my R.H.S. Certificate in
Horticulture. I also enjoy cooking, oil painting
and my local health club. |

Jennifer Spicer (Civil Litigation Manager)
I am a Fellow of the
Institute of Legal Executives and joined the firm in
1985 after a career change when my son started school. I
handle the firm’s civil litigation and primarily deal
with family and landlord and tenant work. I am
originally from Aberdeen and hold a Master of Arts
Degree from Aberdeen University and am proud of my
Scottish Heritage. For relaxation I enjoy ballroom
dancing but believe me, “Strictly Come Dancing” makes it
look easy! |
